Brad Johl, Mr. Johl joined EFO in March 2007. Prior to working at EFO, Mr. Johl worked at Fortress Investment Group, a New York based hedge fund, where he focused on special situation debt opportunities. Prior to Fortress, Mr. Johl worked at American Capital Strategies, a publicly traded private equity fund and alternative asset manager. Mr. Johl worked in the Chicago office where he focused on debt and equity transactions with companies in the middle market. During his time at American Capital, Mr. Johl helped close two private equity transactions and was responsible for monitoring two others. Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Johl worked for Bear Stearns in their investment banking division in Dallas, Texas. While at Bear, Mr. Johl focused on M&A and financing opportunities with companies located in the southern part of the United States. Mr. Johl graduated with high honors from The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance and Business Honors.
David Goduti. Mr. Goduti serves a Managing Partner of EFO Financial Group LLC, a subsidiary of EFO Holdings, LP. As Managing Partner he is responsible for origination, analysis, structuring and execution of private real estate debt transactions. Prior to EFO, Mr. Goduti was Vice President with Wachovia Wealth Management, where he led a team of specialized professionals in delivering comprehensive financial solutions to high-net worth investors. Prior to his departure from Wachovia, he was awarded the Presidents Circle, which recognizes Wachovia’s top performers nationwide. Mr. Goduti received at B.A. degree from Franciscan University.
Renzo Renzi.
Mr. Renzi is responsible for financial valuation and due diligence activities related to special situation transactions in the real estate and private equity sectors. Prior to joining EFO, he was a Senior Investment Advisor to LJH Global Investments, where he was responsible for the evaluation and strategic acquisition of collateralized portfolios within the distressed automotive and real estate industries. Concurrently, Mr. Renzi was Senior Research Analyst of LJH Financial Marketing Strategies where he helped build, reinforce, and manage brands - with combined assets under management of more than $25 billion - in the private equity, hedge fund, asset management, and related financial sectors. Prior to joining LJH, Mr. Renzi worked at Morgan Stanley, where he supported a private client group with assets under management in excess of $300 million.
Mr. Renzi received his Bachelor of Science in Finance with honors from Florida Gulf Coast University. He is an active volunteer for Hedge Funds for Habitat and is a Senior Alternative Investment Advisor to LJH Global Investments and Park Finance.
